Thanks to the mobile application, it is possible to access the file of a unit service supervised by Service Nav and retrieve essential information about the equipment.
Access to the file Unit service
There are several ways to access the Unit Service record:
- Via the Equipment sheet
- Via the Company card and the menu " Unit services ".
Elements of the Unit Service Sheet
- The name, type (logo) and category of the Unit Service
- The status
- The duration of the last status change (here 1 day)
- Any information on an open ticket or a payment made
- Information on the last check performed (Date and time, result)
The central menu allows several actions:

The lower part displays the metrics of the service over the last 24 hours. To load them, press the "Load Data" button.
Acquiring a unit service
For all unit services that are on alert, not already paid for and have no open tickets, it is possible to pay for the alert.
The unit service record contains the information from the acknowledgement and it is impossible to acknowledge again (as long as the unit service is not returned to normal and then back on alert).
Open a ticket
This functionality requires a link with a ticketing tool. Depending on the tool, some functionalities may not be activated.
For all unit services that are on alert, not already paid and have no open ticket, it is possible to open a ticket in the ticketing tool.
The unit service record contains the information from the ticket and it is impossible to pay again or open a ticket (as long as the service is not returned to a normal state and then back on alert and the ticket is not closed).
The opening of a ticket, carries out the automatic acquittal of the equipment.
