Prerequisite

To receive notifications, the user must be connected to the mobile application on his platform (See /servicenav/en/documentation/comment-se-connect-via-lapplication-mobile/)

The session must remain active. The session duration is global to your entire platform and is by default 90 days. It is therefore necessary to launch the application at least once every 90 days.

WARNING: In case of an upgrade of your platform, the sessions are deleted, it is therefore necessary to log in again.
