Add a time slot

 

Time slots allow you to configure the notification and availability of unit services, equipment and user services. A time slot defined in a company will also be visible in all sites below the company in the company tree.

Navigate in Configuration > General > Beaches Hours.

ServiceNav - Configuration - Time range

Click on Add to that:

ServiceNav - Configuration - Add a time slot

 

Enter the name of the time slot :ServiceNav - Time range - Enter a name

You can set a default time range for :

  • Control
  • Notification
  • Availability

To do this, simply select the desired elements.

Attention: it is recommended to leave the monitoring and notification periods in 24h/7J. For the notification you can configure at the contact's level his notification reception time slot.

 

Enter time slots per day. Example from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm:

Enter a description. This will remind you what this time slot is for:

Modify a time slot

Navigate in Configuration > General > Beaches Hours.

Position yourself in the company for which you want to change a time slot (in the example, Partner).

Then click on the name of the time slot, make the changes in the time slot detail sheet and click on Validate.

Delete a time slot

Navigate in Configuration > General > Beaches Hours.

Position yourself in the company for which you want to change a time slot (in the example, Partner).

Select the time slot you wish to delete and click on the trash can :
