This is now possible with the language choice out of a report.

Do you want to simplify and better control user management?

From now on, only roles with the topology " Manage users " are authorized to manage user accounts. In addition, it is now possible to create, view and modify users with a role at the same level as one's own. This right is active by default on profiles RPC_ADMIN, RPC_ADMIN_SUPPORT and SIG_ADMIN.

Would you like to analyse your fleet's operating data in greater detail?

The report " Summary of operating information The "Unknown" and "Undetermined" states now display the number of times the user has been in the "Unknown" and "Undetermined" states, as well as the time spent in these states.

For the past few weeks, our SaaS customers have had access to the SaaS platform service weather forecaston our support portal https://support.servicenav.io.

Any authenticated user can consult, in addition to their current support requests, the availability information of the SaaS platform.

We have set up this indicator for the sake of transparency, and in order to inform proactively in the event of an incident on the platform.
